This invention discloses an automated comparative analysis
system and method for multiple
clinical treatment options, belonging to the field of clinical
data analysis. The
system includes a
data input layer, an analysis engine layer, and a structured output layer. It solves the technical problems of existing technologies, such as reliance on repetitive manual
programming for multiple treatment option comparisons, fragmentation between matching analysis and multidimensional analysis, and difficulty in summarizing and reusing results. These problems include automatically triggering
report generation and global index clustering based on joint significance judgment rules.
