The invention discloses a shield tunnel segment mould capable of manufacturing multiform tenons. The shield tunnel segment mould comprises a standard block mould, a first adjacent block mould, a second adjacent block mould and a capping block mould. The standard block mould, the first adjacent block mould, the second adjacent block mould and the capping block mould separately comprise base plates,end head plates correspondingly connected to the two ends of the base plates in a matched mode, lateral plates and top plates, and mould cavities used for pouring segments are enclosed by the base plates, the end head plates, the lateral plates and the top plates. The base plates are provided with longitudinal joint steel moulds and circumferential joint steel moulds, the lateral plates are connected with the end portions, far away from the base plates, of the longitudinal joint steel moulds, and the end head plates are connected with the end portions, far away from the base plates, of the circumferential joint steel moulds. Tenon changing blocks are arranged on the lateral plates, and location holes are formed in the end head plates. The shield tunnel segment mould capable of manufacturing the multiform tenons can produce different forms of tenons and different forms of circumferential joints and longitudinal joints, and through arbitrary combinations of the different forms of tenonsand the different forms of circumferential joints and the longitudinal joints, so that a plurality of different forms of segments are formed.
