This invention relates to the field of biomedical detection technology, specifically disclosing a method for
targeted detection of biomimetic
nanocarriers based on GPC3 targeting peptides and macrophage membranes. The method includes: S1, acquiring the biomimetic nanocarrier and obtaining
particle size distribution data; S2, obtaining
nanoparticle morphology images; S3, obtaining characteristic peak signals of
surface modification; S4, obtaining
cell binding signals; S5, obtaining binding rate data; and S6, plotting release behavior curves. The detection process of this invention integrates multiple physical or chemical properties such as particle size, morphology,
cell binding efficiency, and release characteristics. It constructs a multi-dimensional
evaluation system using analytical instruments such as DLS, TEM, FTIR, UV-Vis,
flow cytometry, and HPLC, overcoming the limitations of traditional detection methods that rely solely on a
single indicator (such as particle size or transmission images). This multi-level, multi-angle detection approach makes the assessment of carrier performance more scientific and systematic, exhibiting higher stability and
repeatability.
