The application discloses a high-temperature superconducting ultra-
wideband filter and a method for suppressing a parasitic
passband thereof, and belongs to the technical field of
microwave communication. The filter designed by the method comprises a high-temperature superconducting ultra-
wideband filter filter medium substrate and a high-temperature superconducting thin film layer located on the medium substrate, and a filter circuit is constructed on the high-temperature superconducting thin film layer. The filter circuit (2) comprises at least one
resonator structure, a rectangular
microstrip patch, a
microstrip branch structure and input and output feed lines. The method for suppressing the parasitic
passband of the high-temperature superconducting ultra-
wideband filter adjusts the relative position D parameters of the first rectangular
microstrip patch, the first rectangular microstrip patch, the third rectangular microstrip patch and the fourth rectangular microstrip patch to control the spectral position of the mode frequency, and adjusts the RW and RL parameters of the first microstrip
branch structure, the second microstrip
branch structure and the third microstrip
branch structure to realize the suppression of the parasitic
passband.
