A manufacturing method of printed circuit boards with optical waveguide couplers includes the steps of (1) manufacturing a substrate; (2) manufacturing an optical waveguide layer which is composed of a bottom coating graph, a core graph and a top coating graph; (3) manufacturing an optical waveguide reflector by coating an upper reflector on a core bevel to form a micro-mirror; (4) manufacturing the corresponding printed circuit board; (5) subjecting the printed circuit board and the substrate which is of the optical waveguide layer to the process of press fit so as to form a mixture board with the optical waveguide layer and a copper circuit layer; and (6) etching and milling to form the final optical channel. Since the graphs of the optical waveguide layer are exposed by means of gray masks and windows of the upper coating are coated with the reflector, a micro-mirror coupler is formed, and further is formed integrally with the optical waveguide couplers. The core graph comprises a core circuit and the core bevel, and the core bevel is exposed by means of gray mask. The manufacturing method has the advantages that coupling loss is low, manufacturing of the l micro-mirror is easy to achieved, and embedding density of the couplers in a light guide plate is increased.

The invention discloses an ultrahigh molecular-weight polyethylene composite tubing and a production method thereof. The tubing is of five-layer composite structure, a core layer (1) is formed by winding drawn and oriented sheets, an adhesive layer (2) and a vulcanized rubber layer (3) are coated on the outer surface of the core layer, a helically wound reinforced fiber layer (4) is wrapped outside the vulcanized rubber layer, and the outermost layer is an HDPE (high-density polyethylene) layer (5). The production method includes: firstly, drawing and orienting ultrahigh molecular-weight polyethylene to form sheets; secondly, winding the sheets of the first step to form the core layer, winding a circular tube by drafted and oriented ultrahigh molecular-weight polyethylene sheets, welding adjacent tubing seams to form a continuous core tube; thirdly, coating adhesives on the outer surface of the core layer; fourthly, winding the vulcanized rubber layer on the surface of the adhesive layer formed in the third step; fifthly, winding a fiber belt on the surface of the vulcanized rubber layer; sixthly, wrapping an HDPE melt layer on the outer surface of the fiber belt to form a composite tubing; and seventhly, vulcanizing the composite tubing formed in the sixth step.

The invention relates to a method for purifying schizandrin and schisandrin b from a schisandra extract. The method comprises the following steps: extracting a schisandra crude drug, collecting an extracting solution, concentrating the extracting solution to 0.3-0.8 time of the weight of the crude drug, adding purified water with the weight being 2-4 times of that of the crude drug in a concentrated solution, cooling under 0-4 DEG C and standing for 4-6 h for water precipitation, performing first high-speed centrifugation separation, and precipitating to wait treatment; adding 10% to 20% active carbon with the weight of the crude drug to a supernate, stirring for adsorption for 0.5-3 h, performing second high-speed centrifugation separation, and centrifuging the supernate for rejection; adding 60% to 95% (v / v) ethanol solution with the weight being 4-20 times of that of the crude drug to active carbon, heating to 50-80 DEG C for elution for 1-3 h, performing third high-speed centrifugation separation, and collecting the supernate; and adding the supernate for sedimentation after first centrifugation, stirring, homogenizing, adding auxiliary materials with the weight being 3% to 8% of the weight of the crude drug, and drying to obtain a dry extract containing the schizandrin and the schisandrin b. The method is simple in operation, safe, non-toxic, low in cost and high in recovery rate, can recycle the schizandrin and the schisandrin b simultaneously, and has good development prospects of medicine and health food.
