Problems solved by technology

Since prior art methods are greatly affected by external factors (e.g., changes in the production environment), it is difficult to maintain a consistent tension for each process
Therefore, the deviation of the sensitivity characteristic fluctuates greatly, so that the yield of the product is severely reduced

Embodiment Construction

[0019] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0020] Figure 1 to Figure 3 shows an apparatus for stretching a film according to an embodiment of the present invention. The apparatus includes a base 10 , a vertical transfer section 20 , an upper die 30 , an external clamp 40 , a vacuum pump 60 and a sound pressure generator 70 . The base 10 has a lower die receiving groove 12 formed on an upper surface thereof for receiving a lower die 32 . Vacuum suction part 62 (see image 3 ) is formed around the lower plate mold receiving groove 12, and a sound pressure application hole is formed in the center portion of the base 10.

[0021] The following will refer to Figure 4A and 4B The base 10 is described in more detail. The sound pressure applying hole 74 is formed in a central portion of the base 10 having an area corresponding to or smaller than the inner area of the lower plat...

Abstract

An apparatus for stretching films is provided to provide a homogeneous tension to the film by using zero pressure from a vacuum pump via a vacuum inhalation portion. A base includes a lower mold insertion hole on a surface thereof, a vacuum inhalation portion around the lower mold insertion hole, and a pressure application hole at the center thereof. A lower mold is inserted in the lower mold insertion hole. A vertical transfer portion is moved vertically with respect to the base. An upper plate mold is coupled with the lower mold at a lowest position at an end of the vertical transfer portion. An external clamp is moved vertically with respect to the base and applies pressure on a film on an external portion of the lower mold at the lowest position. A vacuum pump provides zero pressure in the vacuum inhalation portion. A pressure generator applies test pressure on the film via the pressure application hole.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an apparatus for stretching a film, and more particularly to an apparatus for stretching a film capable of efficiently stretching a film using vacuum pressure. Background technique [0002] Acoustic devices applied to electronic products such as cellular phones, telephones, and digital cameras use thin diaphragms such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET) to convert vibrations due to sound pressure into electrical Signal. The diaphragm should be kept in tension, since the sensitivity characteristics of the acoustic device depend on the tension of the diaphragm. Specifically, small microphones manufactured through mass production should maintain consistent sensitivity characteristics. For this reason, small microphones should maintain consistent diaphragm tension. The method of stretching the film by applying a mechanical load to the film using a pendulum has been used in the prior art process of manufacturing small mic...
