The FACH used to transfer MBMS operations is set with a needed Iub port bandwidth and RNC sends out a load multiplexing request message to NodeB and informs the data broadcast target; NodeB saves thereceived message multiplexing relationship to an interface board and sends a load multiplexing response message or failed message to RNC according to the situation of the received message; RNC beginsto send out MBMS operation data to NodeB after receiving the load multiplexing response message of NodeB; NodeB broadcasts the data to the transmission channel of multi-districts according to the saved multiplexing relationship.
