The preparation method is that, respectively preparing the traditional Chinese medicines of fortunei, ginseng, angelica, sapanwood, gromwell extracting solution, the carboxymethyl cellulose solution and the traditional Chinese medicine complex liquid; then mixing the carboxymethyl cellulose solution with the traditional Chinese medicine complex liquid, and then mixing the mixture with the lightweight calcium carbonate, grinding the mixture into thin cream via a three steel sword machine, putting the thin cream into the seal of the toothpaste tube via a cream percussion machine.
