The transmitted power level controller comprises a temperature sensor used for sensing at least one temperature of the radio frequency unit and the power amplifier to generate temperature detected signals; a power detector used for detecting the transmitted power of the emission signals to generate power detected signals; and an automatic level controller used for adjusting the transmitted power of the emission signals according to the power detected signals when maximum transmitted power is in a given scope, or adjusting the transmitted power according to the temperature detected signals.
