Abstract

The invention relates to a long-term evolved network system, and discloses a method and a system for allocating resources of an evolved multimedia broadcast / multicast service (EMBMS). In the system, a network side allocates the resources for corresponding EMBMS according to the priority of each EMBMS, and allocates a subcarrier closer to a frequency domain bandwidth center for the EMBMS having higher priority; and UE having different receiving capabilities in an LTE network can receive services in the own capability range and cannot influence each other to ensure that the service having higher priority can be received by more UE. Furthermore, contents only need adding on a conventional LTE mechanism, and the conventional content does not need modifying so as to achieve organic integration of the content and the conventional LTE mechanism without mutual collision. Further, the system transmits the same EMBMS service data on excess bandwidth if excess subcarriers exist so as to improve reliability of EMBMS transmission.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a long-term evolution network system, in particular to an evolution multimedia broadcast multicast service technology in the long-term evolution network system. Background technique [0002] With the development of mobile communications, multicast and broadcast are increasingly used in mobile networks. For example, in a traditional mobile network, a Cell Broadcast Service ("CBS") allows low bit rate data to be sent to all users through a cell-shared broadcast channel, and this broadcast service is a message service. [0003] Now, with the development of mobile communication, users' demand for mobile communication is no longer satisfied with telephone and message services. With the rapid development of the Internet (Internet), a large number of multimedia services have emerged, some of which require multiple users to receive The same data, such as video on demand, TV broadcast, video conferencing, online education, interactive ...
