In the method, firstly, an SIP network entity sends a request to servers in an SIP server cluster and establishes relations with the serves; secondly, the servers establishing relations with the SIP network entity periodically send the service information of the servers in the server cluster to the SIP network entity; and thirdly, changed service information is sent to the SIP network entity when the service information is changed.
