Abstract

The invention provides a pendimethalin and alachlor binary complex herbicide and a preparation method thereof. The herbicide comprises the following components by mass: 15-45% of pendimethalin, 5-25% of alachlor, 5-15% of synergist, 8-20% of emulsifier and the balance solvent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the pendimethalin and the solvent according to the mass ratio; mixing and stirring the alachlor and the solvent; mixing and stirring the mixtures; adding the emulsifier together with the synergist to a reaction kettle to be stirred for 10-15min; then adding the balance solvent and stirring the mixture for 20-30min; and then carrying out standing, filtering, filling and sampling analysis, thus obtaining the finished product. The herbicide has high efficiency and broad spectrum, is used for pre-emergence soil spraying after sowing such crops as soy beans, peanuts, garlic, cotton and the like, can realize that the crops are free from weeds in the whole growth period through one-time application of 120-180g per mu and has application cost 31.4-36.8% lower than that of the single pendimethalin or alachlor respectively.
