According to the formula,the Chinese medicine consists of locus seed, codonopsis pilosula, Chinese wolfberry, bitter orange, gorgon euryale seed, Chinese yam, semen leonuri, parasitic loranthus, and plantain seed. The Chinese medicine is prepared by soaking components in an appropriate amount of water for 30 minutes, decocting twice for 30 minutes, and mixing decoction which is obtained in first two steps uniformly; and one dose of the Chinese medicine is taken twice each day, and a treatment course is 10 days. According to the formula, the Chinese medicine has the characteristics of nourishing liver and kidney, strengthening muscles and bones, and tonifying middle-Jiao and Qi.
