birth canal injury possibly caused by traditional negative pressure suction are effectively avoided, and the safety of a mother and an infant is improved; and on the other hand, the matching of the claw tips and the covered edges is ingeniously utilized, so that the interference of the covered edges on the
size change of the sleeve opening is reduced, and a smaller covering opening can be provided during inward turning covering so as to increase the covering force formed by the sleeve body and the fetal head.
