Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of communication, and discloses a switching judgment method based on channel quality indication (CQI) enhancement, which comprises the following steps that: a source eNB acquires relevant measurement quantity measured and reported by user equipment (UE), switching judgment is carried out according to relevant measurement quantity and a commonly used switching judgment method, a list of communities which meets the switching judgment conditions and the number of times for each community to continuously meet the switching judgment conditions is calculated; and finally, the switching judgment is enhanced, i.e. the CQI of the UE in the original community is divided into N intervals; if the number of times for the community to continuously meet the switching judgment conditions reach the number of times required by the UE in the CQI intervals, switching is executed; otherwise, relevant measurement quantity measured and reported by the UE is continued to obtain, and a next switching process is carried out.
