With the method disclosed by the invention, the service function of the intelligent substation automation system is used as the basis, security risk confronted by the intelligent substation automation system can be truly reflected under different operation conditions; influence on the security of the intelligent substation automation system by software and hardware is comprehensively considered; a reference can be provided for the free distribution scheme of the intelligent substation automation system function on different pieces of intelligent electronic equipment by the obtained risk grades of the intelligent substation automation system and the function node; and a favorable technical support is provided for the security risk management for the intelligent substation automation system.
