Bacterial strains are inoculated to a tree trunk of a dalbergia odorifera tree, and plants can be induced to form the traditional Chinese medicine dalbergia woods. Application of the bacterial strains can rapidly solve a problem that dalbergia wood resources are in lack, is favorable for reasonably developing resources of the dalbergia odorifera tree, and has important economic, social and zoological benefits.
