The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, preparing a reference substance and a sample solution, then absorbing a reference substance solution and the sample solution respectively, spotting on a same silica gel thin-layer plate, expanding upward by a developer, taking out and drying, observing thin-layer chromatography by placing under an ultraviolet lamp respectively, spraying a sulfuric acid ethanol solution, and placing in an oven to be heated by constant temperature until color development of spots on the thin-layer plate is clear, observing the thin-layer chromatography by placing under sunlight again, if fluorescence quenching spots, fluorescence spots or spots, which have the same color, appear simultaneously at the part of a rate of flow (RF) value the same as that of the reference substance, judging that a sample result is positive.
