The disclosed method comprises that: when a user selects the number via setting an STK menu, if the intelligent card judges that the number selected by the user is not the current number, a data file corresponding to an operator to which the number selected by the user is attributed is searched in storage positions of the data files of each operator stored in advance, and a GSM directory of the intelligent card and the data files under an operator directory are substituted by the searched data file. The data files of the operators comprise a network data file and an individualized data file. The network data file comprises SPN, PRL and LOCI content files, and the individualized data file comprises IMSI, ICCID, PIN1, PIN2, PUK1, PUK2 and KI files. The invention also discloses one intelligent card. The card can be switched between different network operator numbers via switching of operator network data between the different numbers by the technical scheme of the application.
