The bracelet is provided with an eye using state detection mechanism for detecting the eyes of the user within a preset range and a warning mechanism used for warning the user. The eye using state detection mechanism is connected with the warning mechanism through signals. When the eye using state detection mechanism detects the eyes of the user, the warning mechanism outputs a warning signal.
