The coating process comprises the steps of coating an isolating layer, a colored layer and sugar coating layer and polishing, wherein the colored layer is a uniform mixture of talcum powder and a color lake, the ratio of the talcum powder to the color lake in the mixture is 1 to (0.01-0.0001), the color lake is one or more of lemon yellow aluminum color lake, a sunset yellow aluminum color lake, erythrosine aluminum color lake, allura red aluminum color lake, brilliant blue aluminum color lake, indigo blue aluminum color lake, red color lake, green color lake and purple color lake. The long-term problem that manufacturers have to give up the market supplying because of pigment migration of the sugar-coated tablets is solved.
