The herbal tea consists of the following components in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of lygodium japonicum, 72-88 parts of mulberry, 45-55 parts of Chinese alpine rush, 45-55 parts of plantain herb, 44-66 parts of honeysuckle and 1.5*10<4>-1.7*10<4> parts of water. The method for preparing the herbal tea comprises the following steps: step A, taking the lygodium japonicum, mulberry, Chinese alpine rush, plantain herb and honeysuckle according to the formula, and mixing; step B, adding water into the mixed medicinal materials, and decocting, thereby obtaining the decoction; and step C, filtering to remove the residues in the decoction, thereby obtaining a product.
