By means of a vehicle-road cooperation method, due to real-time information interaction between an emergency vehicle and a road side signal control system, when the emergency vehicle gets into an intersection communication range, the road side signal control system can generate a corresponding emergency vehicle preferential pass scheme according to the current signal phase and the actual situation of vehicles queuing up at the intersection. Under the premise that vehicle confliction is avoided, signal timing and vehicle speed guidance are carried out, and therefore the emergency vehicle passes preferentially.
