A lamp cable performance testing tool comprises a working table, a cable bending unit, a tool power supply, and a voltage measuring unit, wherein the working table is provided with a tool base and a support arranged on the tool base; the cable bending unit comprises a pressing block and a wire pressing groove; the voltage measuring unit comprises an input connection assembly, an output connection assembly and a measuring device; and the cable is electrically connected with the input connection assembly and the output connection assembly. After the cable bending unit enables the cable to be bent in a set mode, the measuring device measures input voltage and output voltage of the cable, the voltage difference between the output voltage and the input voltage is set to be a voltage drop value, the voltage drop and the input voltage are compared, the cable meets performance requirements if the voltage drop is not larger than the set percentage ratio of the input voltage, qualification is judged, or, disqualification is judged. Thus, performance of the cable can be tested, and reliability and environmental adaptability of bent use for the cable can be ensured.
