Abstract

The invention relates to a cooling module or a cooling device having a housing and a radial fan impeller serving as a fan of the cooling module; the housing is provided with an absorber formed by an aluminum plate and used for soundproof; the absorber comprises a plurality of mini slits; the absorber fully or partially covers an inner wall of the housing so as to form a room between the inner wall and the absorber; the room is isolated into cavities through a beehive or netting isolation plate; the cavities are connected with the inner space of the housing through the mini slits, and the sound of the radial fan impeller can be isolated; as a replacement, the outer wall of the housing can be formed by the absorber having many mini slits.
