The webpage generating method comprises the following steps of: outputting selection prompt information of multiple different types of layout modules; outputting prompt information for module content input according to the layout modules which are sequentially selected by a user in at least one time; receiving module content data which is input by the user and corresponds to the selected layout modules; sending the types of the layout modules selected by the user and the module content data corresponding to the selected layout module to the website building server; and receiving webpage data which is sent by the website building server and is generated according to the types of the layout modules and the module content data.
