The upper end face of a bottom inclined strut is hinged with the lower end portion of the outer pipe of the vertical rod, and the upper end face is provided with a spliced eye, and a bolt corresponding to the spliced eye is fixed on the outer pipe of the vertical rod on the upper end of the bottom inclined strut.
