The application discloses a standard inputting and storing system for an accountant document template, wherein the system is applied to a commercial bank. The provided system is used for drawing a basic template for a user, enabling the basic template to correspond to a transaction element in the day-to-day business of the commercial bank, and storing the drawn basic template by using a database. When an application system of the commercial bank needs to print an accounting document, the system receives transaction running accounts from the application system; a proper basic template is searched from the database according to the running accounts; assignment is carried out on a printing element in the basic template and printing content information is generated; and then the information is sent to the application system, and the application system prints a needed accountant document according to the printing content information. Because the accountant document printing service can be provided by the system according to needs of all application systems of the commercial bank, all application systems do not need to develop own document printing procedures repeatedly, so that the corresponding manpower and material resources can be saved.
