Abstract

The invention provides an information interaction method and an information interaction device. the method comprises the following steps: after a to-be-played file is played to a user, subsequent interactive learning materials are sent to a set-top box via a service platform and the learning materials are sent to a terminal corresponding to the user via a communication network; and answer information fed back to the learning materials by the terminal corresponding to the user via the communication network is received. The device comprises a learning material sending module and an answer information receiving module. According to the method and the device of the invention, the terminal realizing multi-screen interaction does not need to support a multi-screen interaction protocol, physical network connection of interaction terminals is not required, and multi-screen interaction learning service can be provided for a user through a mobile learning service platform.
