The method comprises: when business is created, searching for business rule conditions corresponding to business types of the business in a business decision database, the business decision database being composed of business rule conditions corresponding to different business types; performing business decision matching on the business according to the searched business rule conditions; and according to matching results, calling and executing business modules to be executed from a business module database to realize a business flow of the business, the business module database being composed of business modules obtained by performing modular processing on business of different business types. The method and device are mainly used for executing a business flow.
