The non-orthogonal multiple access signal detecting method is characterized in that received data is processed to acquire target data; a target modulation order is determined by a modulation order of a remote user and a modulation order of a close user, and a constellation diagram is determined by the power ratio of the remote user and the close user and the target modulation order; a target array of a quantum bit is calculated and extracted by using the target data and the constellation diagram, and a main quantum bit array and a standby quantum bit array are extracted; the target main quantum bit array and a target standby quantum bit array are extracted respectively from the main quantum bit array and the standby quantum bit array; the target main quantum array is decoded, and when the decoding is not succeeded, the target main quantum bit array is corrected by using the target standby quantum bit array, and the target bit stream of the remote user is successfully decoded by the corrected main quantum bit array, and then the close user data is determined by the received data and the target bit stream.
