Simple system for endoscopic non-contact three-dimentional measurement

InactiveUS6459481B1Upgrade accuracyUpgrade usefulnessEndoscopesMaterial analysis by optical meansTarget arrayMeasurement device
Three-dimensional endoscopic measurements are made by adding an array of reference target points to the scene viewed by an endoscopic camera and characterizing the image formed by the camera when it views the scene from two or more viewing positions. Methods and apparatus are taught which allow one to make accurate measurements with any endoscope, without requiring any modification to the endoscope. Under certain circumstances, the measurements can be made without any pre-calibration of the endoscopic camera.A general measurement reference apparatus comprises a reference target array which is placed near to and fixed with respect to an object of interest inside an enclosure by means of a reference array holding apparatus and a reference array insertion apparatus. This measurement reference apparatus can be used to make either perspective dimensional measurements or to make conventional photogrammetric measurements of the object of interest.A general measurement apparatus to be used with the new methods comprises a reference target array which is placed near to and fixed with respect to an object of interest inside an enclosure by means of a reference array holding apparatus and a reference array insertion apparatus. In a version of this apparatus the reference array holding apparatus may attach the reference array directly to the object of interest and the combination may be inserted into the enclosure by the insertion apparatus. The general measurement apparatus also comprises an endoscopic camera located inside the enclosure. The camera is moved with respect to the object by a camera moving apparatus. Images formed by the camera are measured with an image measurement apparatus. These measurements are supplied to a computing apparatus which computes the desired three-dimensional distances. The measurement results are displayed to the user by a display apparatus.

Chemical array fabrication errors

A method of fabricating an addressable array of chemical probes at respective feature locations on a substrate surface. The method may use a deposition apparatus with a substrate unit which includes the substrate and with a drop deposition unit which includes a drop deposition head. Such an apparatus when operated according to a target drive pattern based on nominal operating parameters of the apparatus provides the probes on the substrate surface in the target array pattern. The method may include depositing at least one drop from the head unit onto the substrate surface. A fiducial on the substrate unit is optionally viewed from a sensor. A deposited drop on the substrate surface is viewed from a sensor. An actual position of the viewed deposited drop may be determined relative to a fiducial on the substrate unit, based on the views of the fiducial and deposited drop. An error is determined based on any difference between the actual and target positions. Alternatively, an error for one or more deposition units may be determined based on a statistical difference between the actual and target positions of a set of multiple drops deposited from each deposition unit. The deposition apparatus is operated to deposit further drops from the head unit onto the substrate surface at feature locations while moving at least one of the substrate unit or head unit with respect to the other, so as to fabricate the array. Apparatus and computer program products are also provided.

General multiple serial port communication protocol detection and identification method

The invention discloses a general multiple serial port communication protocol detection and identification method, and relates to the digital communication field. The method comprises the following steps: writing n serial port communication protocols into an ins configuration file; reading bytes in a serial port reception buffer area to an annular buffer area; detecting a front-most data frame start address in the annular buffer area; judging whether the number of detected data frames meeting a communication protocol is not 0, and if so, copying the content of the detected data frames to a target array, carrying out analysis and deleting the detected data frames from the valid data in the annular buffer area; judging whether the length of the valid data in the annular buffer area is larger than or equal to frame length maxprolen of the communication protocol, the frame length of which is the longest, and if so, keeping the newly-written maxprolen-1 bytes in the valid data in the annular buffer area and deleting other bytes; or otherwise, reading quit identification, and if the quit identification is effective, quitting the method. The method can detect, identify and analyze all of the data frames meeting the communication protocol under the condition of having various abnormities.

Method for changing a target array, a method for analyzing a structure, and an apparatus, a storage medium and a transmission medium therefor

The objective of the present invention is the efficient analyzation of the structure of an array. By performing the prev(S) calculation for a character string S, if in the character string S a like variable is present upstream of a second variable, the second variable is changed to a numerical value that indicates the distance to the upstream like variable. But if in the character string S a like variable is not present upstream of a variable, that variable is changed to "0" to obtain a character string S 1. Further, by performing the compl(S) calculation for the a character string S, if in the character string S a complementary variable is present upstream of a second variable, the second variable is changed to a numerical value that indicates the distance to the complementary variable. But if in the character string S a complementary variable is not present upstream of a variable, that variable is changed to "0" to obtain a character string S2 (102). A single suffix tree (structure suffix tree) is generated by regarding the character strings S 1 and S2 as a pair of corresponding character strings (104 to 114), and the obtained structure suffix tree is employed to analyze the structure of the array that is represented by the character string S.

The invention provides a non-orthogonal multiple access signal detecting method and a non-orthogonal multiple access signal detecting device. The non-orthogonal multiple access signal detecting method is characterized in that received data is processed to acquire target data; a target modulation order is determined by a modulation order of a remote user and a modulation order of a close user, and a constellation diagram is determined by the power ratio of the remote user and the close user and the target modulation order; a target array of a quantum bit is calculated and extracted by using the target data and the constellation diagram, and a main quantum bit array and a standby quantum bit array are extracted; the target main quantum bit array and a target standby quantum bit array are extracted respectively from the main quantum bit array and the standby quantum bit array; the target main quantum array is decoded, and when the decoding is not succeeded, the target main quantum bit array is corrected by using the target standby quantum bit array, and the target bit stream of the remote user is successfully decoded by the corrected main quantum bit array, and then the close user data is determined by the received data and the target bit stream. Bit error rates are reduced, and operation complexity is low.

Vision measurement calibration method based on circular target array and observation equation

InactiveCN105046704AObservations are accurateFew parametersImage analysisTarget arrayIntrinsic metric
The invention discloses a vision measurement calibration method based on circular target array and observation equation. The method mainly comprises lab calibration and field calibration. In the lab calibration, intrinsic parameters, including horizontal scale factor, vertical scale factor, horizontal and vertical coordinates of the center of an image shot by a camera and radial distortion coefficient, of the camera are calculated based on a shot circular target array image. In the field calibration, obtained extrinsic parameters of the camera and an initial value of focal length are corrected based on an error correction equation; and accurate local length and extrinsic parameters, including camera azimuth angle, incline angle, rotation angle and photocenter coordinates, are calculated. In comparison with the prior art, the invention has advantages as follows: the intrinsic parameters of the camera only need to be calibrated once in a lab; and if pose of the camera changes, only the extrinsic parameters of the camera need to be measured once again and introduced into an error equation to be corrected so as to obtain a more accurate parameter value. The method provided by the invention is suitable for multiple calibrations; parameters which need to be calibrated are few; calculation amount is little; and operating speed is fast.
