The method comprises the steps of storing a received user message by the USSD system when the communication between the USSD system and the third-party system is interrupted; and sending the stored user message to the third-party system when the communication between the USSD system and the third-party system is restored. According to the technical scheme of the invention, during the interaction process of the USSD system and the third-party system, calls between the USSD system and the third-party system are temporarily stored instead of being directly cut off when the network or the system of the third-party system is not stable.
