An annular support seat is arranged in the middle of the cup base. An oxygen channel is formed between the outer side of the support seat and the inner side of the first accommodating cavity. A cathode piece and an anode piece are sequentially arranged on the support seat in an up-down manner. An ion exchanging film is further arranged between the cathode piece and the anode piece. The cathode piece and the anode piece are electrically connected with a control circuit board in the second accommodating cavity. The anode piece is communicated with the oxygen channel.
