The method comprises: detecting a rotation angle of a terminal relative to a preset coordinate axis on a terminal body; according to the rotation angle, determining a displacement direction and displacement length of a view control in an image window according to the rotation angle, the image window being a visual component provided by the terminal; according to the displacement direction and the displacement length, displaying dynamic effect that the view control moves in the image window. The method and the device are mainly applied in a portable electronic device.
