Abstract

The invention provides a message transmission method and device. The method comprises the steps of receiving service messages of target service sent by a server, wherein service information of the target service is carried in the service messages; obtaining guaranteed bandwidths corresponding to the service information of the target services; and transmitting the service messages of the target service according to the guaranteed bandwidths. According to the method and the device, different demands of different pieces of service for transmission resources can be reflected by the message information; therefore, a controller can allocate the suitable guaranteed bandwidths to different pieces of service according to different demands; the normal transmission of the service messages of the service with low transmission resource demands is not influenced; moreover, more guaranteed bandwidths are allocated to the service with high transmission resource demands; the service message transmission performance is improved; and the service is not interrupted.
