Abstract

The invention discloses a true random number generator based on completely-connected networks. The problems that in the prior art, an entropy source of a true random number generator is unstable, and the output speed is low are mainly solved. The true random number generator comprises a digital circuit and a sampling circuit; the digital circuit is composed of multiple completely-connected networks, each completely-connected network comprises four exclusive-OR gates and multiple inverters, two connecting lines are arranged between every two exclusive-OR gates, multiple inverters are connected to each connecting line in series, and the digital circuit is used for generating random signals; the sampling circuit is composed of multiple sampling sub-circuits and used for sampling the random signals generated by the digital circuit, output of sampling sub-circuits in the sampling circuit is subjected to exclusive OR to serve as output of the sampling circuit, and a true random number of 0-200 Mbit / s is generated. The true random number generator based on the completely-connected networks is simple in structure, stable in entropy source and high in output speed, and the true random number generated by the generator meets the NISTSP800-22 random number inspection standard and can be used for secure communication.
