The antistatic polyolefin composition is prepared by following raw materials including, by weight, 10-70 parts of polyethylene A, 5-20 parts of polyethylene B, 5-20 parts of an antistatic agent and 20-50 parts of electric conduction master batch. The comonomer of the polyethylene A is 1-hexane and ethylene, and the comonomer of the polyethylene B is one of propylene and butene and ethylene. The composition has good surface resistivity, notch impact strength and machining performance. A product obtained through blow molding of the polyolefin composition has good surface resistivity. The invention further provides the preparing method of the antistatic polyolefin composition, and the technology is reasonable.
