Embodiment Construction

[0024] The technical scheme of the present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention and implement it, but the examples given are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0025] TRIZ theory (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving in English, abbreviated as TIPS) was started in 1946 by former Soviet inventor Genrich. After obtaining 2.5 million high-level invention patents in the world, he proposed a set of innovative methods with a complete theoretical system. The theory can be used to systematically analyze problems, quickly discover the essence of problems, accurately define innovative problems and contradictions, break the stereotype of thinking, and provide reasonable solutions to innovative problems and contradictions.

Abstract

The invention discloses a bionic object selection method based on a TRIZ theory. The method is characterized in comprising the following steps of: S1: converting an engineering practical problem into a TRIZ problem, and extracting a parameter to be improved and a deteriorated parameter; S2: independently substituting the parameter to be improved and the deteriorated parameter into an Altshuller contradiction matrix to search recommended inventive principles for solving a problem; S3: in the obtained inventive principles, analyzing the occurrence frequency of each inventive principle, sorting the inventive principles according to the descending order of the occurrence frequency, and selecting the inventive principles which are in the top N rank; and S4: comparing the inventive principles with a bionic phenomenon, selecting a biological phenomenon which is most suitable for solving the problem as a model to determine the bionic object. By use of the method, an advanced inventive problem solution, i.e., the TRIZ theory, can be introduced into a traditional bionic object selection process, the TRIZ theory is used for guiding the selection of a bionic biological prototype, and the bionic object which is most suitable for solving the problem can be efficiently selected.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bionic object selection method based on TRIZ theory. Background technique [0002] With the development of technology, the relationship between bionics and engineering structure design is getting closer: on the one hand, major discoveries in biological research promote the development and application of engineering technology; on the other hand, according to the actual needs of engineering, designers actively research and design Biological structures with similar product functions, from which the characteristics of biological structures are summarized and extracted, and applied to structural design. [0003] In bionic design, the selection of bionic objects is a key link. The existing bionic object selection methods are roughly as follows: [0004] The first type: Literature "Pan Bian, Structural Bionic Optimal Design of Bridge Crane Box-shaped Main Girder, Sun Yat-Sen University Master's Degree Thesis, 2013, 4" and "Cen Hai...
