Abstract

The invention provides an aircraft and a flying method thereof. The aircraft is provided with a plurality of power devices. The plurality of power devices comprise fuel power devices and electric power devices; the fuel power devices are driven by a fuel engine; the electric power devices comprise electric rotors driven by an electric motor; and the propelling directions of the fuel power devices are substantially vertical to rotation planes of the electric rotors so that the aircraft can vertically fly through simultaneous working of the fuel power devices and the electric power devices. As the aircraft simultaneously includes the fuel power devices and the electric rotors, the aircraft can bear heavy objects and can easily and accurately control the balance and posture of the aircraft. Optionally, the aircraft further comprises a fixed wing and the fixed wing is substantially parallel to the propelling directions of the plurality of power devices; therefore, at least partial power devices, including the fuel power devices, of the plurality of power devices can be matched with the fixed wing to realize flat flight of the aircraft.
