The method comprises the steps that a wireless connection terminal collects an infrared thermal imaging picture in a high-rise building and reports the position of the high-rise building, the building name and the infrared thermal imaging picture to an Internet of Things analysis platform; when judging that fire risks exist in the high-rise building according to the infrared thermal imaging picture, the Internet of Things analysis platform calculates the straight line distance between the real-time position of each monitored vehicle and the position of the high-rise building; the Internet of Things analysis platform judges whether there is a target vehicle with its straight line distance to the position of the high-rise building being less than a specified threshold value according to the straight line distance between the real-time position of each vehicle and the position of the high-rise building, and sends fire alarm information to the target vehicle, including the position of the high-rising building and the building name.
