Abstract

The invention relates to a method for automatic Voice over Long-Term Evolution (VoLTE) provisioning. The method comprises the following steps: an interrogating-call session control function (I-CSCF) receives an IMS registration request sent by a terminal, and sends a user authorization request to a home subscriber server (HSS); the HSS receives the user authorization request, and judges whether auser has subscribed to VoLTE data or not; and if the user has not subscribed to the VoLTE data, the HSS sends a notification message to a business and operation support system (BOSS), so that the BOSSsubscribes to the VoLTE data for the user according to the notification message. The method has the advantages that the automatic VoLTE provisioning can be achieved, so that the workload cost is reduced.
