The method comprises the following steps: acquiring multiple first phase rotation coefficients and the first orthogonal code at a terminal equipment side; acquiring multiple second phase rotation coefficients and the second orthogonal code; generating a first group of OFDM symbols carryingthe uplink control information based on multiple first phase rotation coefficients and the first orthogonal code; generating a second group of OFDM symbols carrying the reference information based onmultiple second phase rotation coefficients and the second orthogonal code; and sending the first group of OFDM symbols and the second group of OFDM symbols in the same time slot. The embodiment of the invention further provides corresponding equipment. Through the method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the independent transmission of the control information with less information bit can be supported, and the reuse of the existing transmission format on the same resource is realized.
