The method includes the following steps: step 1, using Elasticsearch to store basic information and achievement information of experts; step 2, calculating domain scores of the experts according to the achievement information, and updating corresponding expert basic-information indexes with the scores; step 3, acquiring a search word, retrieving the basic information and the achievement information of the experts, and calculating and obtaining basic-information scores of the experts and expert achievementscores obtained by carrying out aggregation and calculation according to the experts; step 4, standardizing the expert basic-information scores and the expert achievement scores, and then carrying out weighted calculation to obtain retrieval relevance scores of the experts; and step 5, carrying out weighted calculation on the expert retrieval relevance scores and the expert domain scores to obtain final scores of the experts. The information of the experts is stored, domain classification is carried out on the experts, the final scores of the experts are calculated and obtained, and an important basis is provided for sorting of domain expert search results according to the search word provided by a user and retrieval services provided by the Elasticsearch.
