Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method and a device for processing information. A specific implementation mode of the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a face image, and acquiring luggage identification information of a luggage; searching a reference face image matched with the face image in a designated face image database, wherein multiple reference face images and at least one reference luggage identification information associated with each reference face image are stored in the face image database; responding the reference face image, which is matched with the face image, in the face image database, and determining first reference luggage identification information associated with the reference face image matched with the face image; determining whether the luggage identification information is matched with the first reference luggage identification information or not; sending a certification passing signal if the luggage identification information is matched with the first reference luggage identification information. According to the method and the device, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the luggage picking speed of a user is increasedwhile the luggage safety of the user is ensured.
