Abstract

The invention discloses a digital linear voltage-stabilized power supply without finite periodic oscillation. The digital linear voltage-stabilized power supply includes a main loop, a threshold detection module, a logic control module, a shifting register, a PMOS array and a load, wherein the main loop is used for comparing output voltage with reference voltage and sending a comparation result into the logic control module; the threshold detection module is used for detecting whether or not the output voltage falls into a threshold window and sending a detection result into the logic controlmodule; when the output voltage exceeds top and bottom thresholds, the main loop controls the PMOS array to fast switch, and the output voltage is stabilized to the vicinity of the reference voltage;when the output voltage falls between the top threshold and the bottom threshold, the threshold detection module outputs a zone bit through the logic control module to make the shifting register entera hold mode, and circuit output is stable. The structure can eliminate the problem of finite periodic oscillation existing in a classical digital linear voltage-stabilized power supply. The inventionfurther discloses a digital linear voltage stabilizing method without finite periodic oscillation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a digital linear voltage stabilizing power supply without finite period oscillation and a voltage stabilizing method. Background technique [0002] The linear regulated power supply is used to provide high-quality power supply voltage for the system, and at the same time, when the circuit load changes, it can achieve a fast transient response and ensure the normal operation of the system. The traditional linear regulated power supply is implemented by an analog control loop. The error amplifier is used to amplify the error voltage, and then the grid of the power transistor is controlled by the amplified error voltage to quickly adjust the current of the power transistor to achieve a fast transient response. [0003] However, in an analog linear regulated power supply, in order to make the power tube work in a deep saturation region, the Vds of the power tube generally needs to consume a voltage of about 150mV-200mV, thereby red...
