The invention relates to a method for carrying out oxidation treatment on organic waste water by utilizing a three-dimensional electrode electro-fenton and a device thereof. The device comprises a reactor shell, a carbon material cathode, an iron plate anode, a three-dimensional particle electrode of a fixed bed, a direct-current voltage-stabilizing power supply, a microporous aeration plate and an air pump, wherein a reactor consists of a reaction chamber and a gas chamber; the carbon material cathode, the iron plate anode and the particle electrode are positioned in the reaction chamber at the upper part of the reactor; and the gas chamber is formed between the bottom of the reactor and the microporous aeration plate. After direct current is introduced, the iron anode is oxidized to generate iron ions, oxygen in the gas chamber is reduced on the surface of the cathode to generate hydrogen peroxide, and the iron ions and the hydrogen peroxide form a fenton reagent to oxidize and remove organic matters in waste water; and simultaneously, due to the particle electrode, the contact area and the contact time of the waste water and the fenton reagent are increased, and the mass transfer effect of the waste water in the reactor is reduced. The invention is applicable to treatment of various types of organic waste water, the equipment is compact, the operation is easy, the whole reactor is easy to control, and the requirements of an actual water treatment unit are met.

The present invention relates to an electronic ballast that energizes fluorescent lamps connected in a parallel configuration. The ballast employs a power factor correcting boost converter that can be used over a wide range of AC line voltages to provide regulated power to a self-oscillating sine wave inverter that drives the fluorescent lighting load at high frequencies. The inverter employs special networks that limit a certain type of shoot-through current, and thus improve the efficiency of the unit. Also included is a restart circuit that limits power losses during the zero lamp condition, by periodically interrupting the inverter operation when the zero lamp state is detected. To improve operation of the power factor correcting circuitry over the wide range of AC line voltages, a DC offset is added to the sampled AC voltage at the higher AC line voltages by Zener diode based coupling circuit.

Control circuitry in a programmable logic IC generates control signals that are transmitted to an external voltage regulator. The voltage regulator generates one or more power supply voltages in response to the control signals. The values of control signals determine the target values of the supply voltages. The control circuitry can adapt the power supply voltages to compensate for temperature and process variations on the IC. The power supply voltages can be programmed by a manufacturer or by a user to achieve desired target values. Power supply improvements include simplification and high efficiency, while meeting the particular system requirements of this scheme.
