Solid-state fermentation method and system for producing ethyl alcohol based on sugariness raw material

The invention relates to a solid-state fermentation method for ethanol production based on sweet sorghum stalks (including other sugar raw materials, such as, sugar beet, sugar cane, Jerusalem artichoke, etc) and a system, which pertains to the technical field of the processing of biomass liquid fuel. The method mainly includes the following key processes and core equipments: (1) smashed materials are fed into a tank with the help of the rotary motion of a cylinder body of a rotating drum type solid-state fermentation tank and the dual-function of the inclined angle of the tank body (1 to 15 degrees) and a feeding stirring board so as to be evenly mixed with the high-yield ethanol TSH-Sc-1 yeast liquid which is prayed from a sprayer; (2) the solid-state fermentation is carried out in the facultative oxygen environment, the fermentation tank is rotated at an even speed to promote the mixing of materials and the strengthening of heat transfer, thus the fermentation is always in a best condition and the fermentation time is shortened; (3) on-line monitoring is carried out: the solid-state fermentation is affected by a plurality of factors, such as, the distribution of the on-line regulation temperature of a computer, spray amount, the concentration of dissolved O2, filling factors, the mixing degree of the smashed materials and the yeast liquid, the pH value of yellow slurry, CO2 concentration, ethanol concentration, the migration of bacteria species and other parameters so as to ensure that the solid-state fermentation is carried out under a best working condition; (4) the automatic discharge of the fermentation material from the tank is realized with the help of the rotation of the tank body and the push of a discharging stirring board, and a closed tunnel belt is adopted for conveying the fermentation material to an ethanol-dreg separation unit.

The invention discloses a linear constant current controller, which comprises a chip of the controller, a driving device and an illuminating lamp. The controller is connected to an input voltage source by a constant current source load. The linear constant current controller is characterized in that: the input voltage source provides one-way pulsating power grid voltage for the voltage rectification of an alternating current power grid. The controller comprises a power grid current control circuit and an error amplification circuit, wherein the power grid current control circuit controls the acquisition of power grid current in a current-gaining window of the one-way pulsating power grid voltage based on a voltage division signal from the input voltage source and an amplified error signal; and the error amplification circuit determines the average current of the power grid current based on a detection signal for the power grid current flowing from the power grid current control circuit, and generates the amplified error signal. The efficiency of the linear constant current controller provided by the invention can be remarkably improved; and the linear constant current controller has relatively lower cost and can achieve a relatively higher line regulation rate and a relatively higher load regulation rate at the same time.

In the self-adaption voltage regulator, a key path of the load processor is copied by adopting a delay line, an N frequency division signal of a working clock of the load processor is used as a delay test signal, and a trigger is used for detecting whether the transmission speed of the delay test signal reaches the requirement in the delay line. When the load processor is in a certain working frequency, if the VDD (Voltage Drain Drain) is overhigh, the delay test signal can pass through the delay line, a power switch of an external power inverter is trially shut off for reducing the VDD; and when the delay test signal can not pass through the delay line, optimized PSM modulation signals with different duty ratios are trially adopted for conducting the power switch of the external power inverter for improving the VDD, and finally, the load processor is ensured to work with minimum voltage under a given working clock frequency, thus the power consumption of the load processor is effectively reduced.

The resonant switch converter comprises an upper side switch tube, a lower side switch tube, a resonant tank circuit and the control circuit, wherein the control circuit comprises a slope sampling circuit, a slope judging circuit, a clock generating circuit, and a conduction moment control circuit; the slope sampling circuit generates slope signals representing the voltage slope at a common terminal between the upper side switch tube and the lower side switch tube; the slope judging circuit judges whether the slope signals are effective and generates slope judging signals; the time generating circuit generates clock signals; the conduction moment control circuit regulates the dead time between the upper side switch tube and the lower side switch tube according to the slope judging signals and the slope signals. Compared with the prior art, the resonant switch converter, the control circuit and the control method for automatic dead-time regulation of the control circuit can flexibly realize automatic regulation of the dead time, so as to ensure zero-voltage opening of the upper side switch tube and the lower side switch tube, and increase the system efficiency.
