The method comprises the steps of extracting video information, audio information and text information in to-be-reviewed video resources; identifying and processing content violating rules of the video information through a trained convolutional neural network, and identifying and processing convent violating rules of the audio information and the text information separately through a trained recurrent neural network, so as to determine whether the video information, the audio information and the text information comprise content violating rules; and if the video information, the audio information or the text information comprises content violating rules, determining and outputting the type of the content violating rules included in the video information, the audio information or the text information. Through adoption of the method, content violating rules included in the video resources can be identified automatically, the video content is not reviewed by people, so that the video content is reviewed more efficiently.
