The electricity transaction operation system comprises a centralized bidding unit, a dual-hanging and dual-picking adjusting unit and a thermal power matching unit, wherein the centralized bidding unit is used for helping electricity purchasers upload the needed electricity amount and electricity price after the purchasers make registration in the system, helping electricity sellers upload the selling electricity amount and electricity price after the purchasers make registration in the system, and automatically obtaining matched purchasers and sellers who have intersected electricity price to be automatically paired for a transaction based on the information uploaded by the electricitypurchasers and the electricity sellers; the dual-hanging and dual-picking adjusting unit is used for publically displaying the information of the electricity amount and the electricity price of all the purchasers and the sellers who have not made the transaction, the purchasers and the sellers make real-time adjustment on the declared electricity amount and the electricity price based on the adjusting unit, and after adjustment, the purchasers and the sellers who have intersected uploaded electricity price are matched to be automatically paired for a transaction; the thermal power matching unit is used for automatically summarizing the transaction electricity amount of the centralized bidding unit and the adjusting unit, and automatically matching the thermal power electricity amount for the transaction electricity amount according to a fixed ratio.
