Embodiments of the invention provide a barrage pushing method and a barrage pushing device, electronic equipment, and a storage medium, relating to the technical field of computer. The method comprises the following steps of: clustering a plurality of historical barrages in the target database to obtain a barrage to be displayed; determining an interest vector of the user based on the historical barrage evaluation record of the user; determining the similarity of the vector of the barrage to be displayed and the interest vector of the user; and pushing the barrage to be displayed to the user based on the determined magnitude of similarity. The technical solution provided by the embodiments of the invention is capable of accurately recommending the barrage that is of interest to the user, thereby realizing personalized barrage recommendation, and improving the user viewing experience.
